Substitutions and Cancellation Policy: If you cannot attend the Institute, you may send a substitute. If no one from your organization can attend, cancellations received by October 30, 2006 can receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received after October 30, 2006 (including "no shows") will not be eligible for any refund or credit. All cancellations must be made in writing and faxed or mailed (postmarked by October 30, 2006) to Ridge Academy Learning Brain Institute.

Institute Program Changes: Ridge Academy Learning Brain Institute reserves the right, without having to refund any monies to participants, to make changes in the Institute, its program, location, schedule, and or faculty should any changes be deemed necessary or advisable. Ridge Academy Learning Brain Institute reserves the right to cancel any sessions or the conference entirely, in which case the liability to participants shall be strictly limited to a refund of those fees.
